CONTE Sandra, Milano
Sandra Conte was born in Brindisi (Italy) in 1971. She began her piano studies at six years old and achieved a full-score Conservatroy graduation at "Giuseppe Tartini" Conservatory of Trieste in 1990.
During her university Engineering studies, from 1990 to 1995 at the Milan Polytechnic, she regularly kept receiving lessons from the great hungarian piano teacher Ilona Deckers.
After achieving her civil engineering master gradualtion, Sandra Conte participated in many masterclasses and courses with Vitaly Margulis, Franco Scala, Charles Rosen, Simone Pedroni, Piero Rattalino and Lev Naumov, who defined her as " a true musician".
In 2007 she achieved the second level master degree in piano performing and in 2011 the master gedree in music composition, magna cum laude, at teh "Guiseppe Verdi" Conservatory of Milan.
She performed for several musical seasons and festivals such as "Società dei Concerti" di Milan, "Amici del loggione" of Teatro alla Scala, "Milto Festival", "Kyoto International Music Students Festival" and "I Concerti del Quirinale" in Rome at the presence of the Italian Republican President.
Now she is teaching piano for children at the "luca Marenzio" Conservatory of Brescia (Darfo site), and she gives special courses with her "olistic" piano method.
